Canada Post doesn't issue all mailbox keys. If you have a mailbox inside a condo, strata, or apartment building you must contact your property management for keys.
If Canada Post issued your mailbox keys: When your keys are ready, we'll get in touch with you by phone or by delivering a notice card to your door to pick them up. You must pay a fee at the post office of $29 plus applicable taxes for the replacement of lost keys.
Once you've submitted a service request for replacement locks and keys, you can't cancel it.
